Trump’s 2024 Tease: 10 Unmistakable Signals Pointing to His Political Comeback

Undoubtedly, 2024 is heating up to be one colossal rat race, especially considering Donald Trump has thrown his hat into the running. The former President is obsessed with holding the highest office in our country. He points it out every chance he gets, and no matter how much you might love or hate him, it doesn’t seem as if he will go away anytime soon. So, for all you lovers and haters, we hope you enjoy this glaring list of times “The Donald” has shown how much he loves running for election in 2024.

Poor Melania

If we needed any more proof that Donald Trump was infatuated with running for President in 2024, we’d have it in one badly-timed social post. Going with Truth Social, Trump spent his Mother’s Day weekend wishing a Happy Mother’s Day “to ALL, in particular the Mothers, Wives, and Lovers of the Radical Left Fascists, Marxists, and Communists who are doing everything within their power to destroy and obliterate our once great Country.” Interestingly enough, he completely skipped making a note of his wife, Melania. Married for eighteen years, the two have one son, Barron, who is 17. This snub isn’t the first time Trump pushed Melania aside to aim at his opposition. Last Mother’s Day, he played the same card saying, “Happy Mother’s Day to all, including Racist, Vicious, Highly Partisan, Politically Motivated, and Very Unfair Radical Left Democrat Judges.”

Interference

Once again, the former President took to his social platform to claim interference was already affecting the presidential election process. He had this to say about the situation. “I WAS BEING FRAMED BY THE FBI AND THE DOJ,” Trump wrote in an all-caps post. “NOW IT CONTINUES WITH THE BOXES HOAX, THE ‘PERFECT’ PHONE CALL IN ATLANTA, THE MANHATTAN D.A., AND THE NEW YORK STATE A.G. SCAM. WHAT A GROUP, BUT ALL REPORT TO THE DOJ IN WASHINGTON. I.T.’S JAMES COMEY AND THE SLEAZEBAGS ALL OVER AGAIN.” His claims continued, “THEY ARE PLAYING ELECTION INTERFERENCE IN 2024 THROUGH ILLEGAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST REPUBLICANS, IN PARTICULAR YOUR FAVORITE PRESIDENT, ME. THESE ARE CHEATING LOWLIFES, BUT WE WILL WIN.”

Vice President

With a Trump-Pence ticket out of the question for 2024, the former President is looking for a new Vice-President, and speculation is that he may have already chosen a running mate. Trump has indicated that he intends to choose a woman to join his 2024 ticket, and if so, the questions are already pouring in as to whom he might choose. And while he’s made no mention of anyone in particular, Kari Lake, Marjorie Taylor Green, and Kristi Noem all possess qualities Trump might like to exploit to his advantage.

Numbers Talk

In a recent poll indicating the popular vote amongst Americans, Donald Trump beat President Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris in a hypothetical contest. In the survey, the former Commander-in-Chief had 46% of the vote, while the current President garnered 41%, and 11% remained unsure.

The Death Penalty

Touting a new set of campaign promises, Trump wants drug dealers, smugglers, and traffickers to face much harsher punishments. He said how he’d handle the drug cartels and other nefarious drug-related offenders. “We’re going to be asking everyone who sells drugs, gets caught selling drugs, to receive the death penalty for their heinous acts. Because it’s the only way.”

Roe V. Wade

Trump attorney Timothy Paraltore walked away from Trump’s legal team on Wednesday, May 17th, just as the former President took credit for the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe V. Wade. Trump claims that the only reason the vote to ban abortion went through is because of the three justices he nominated to the Supreme Court. And while he boasted about Roe V. Wade, he also took a minute to criticize his biggest possible challenger, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, for his six-week abortion ban.

Fact Check

When Donald Trump announced his decision to run for President in 2024, he gave a speech reminding the public of what he accomplished during his first presidential run. Some of his talking points included imposing tariffs on China, ‘filling up’ the Strategic Oil Reserve, and keeping the gas price down during his presidency. According to CNN, however, these facts are misleading and sometimes downright false. They fact-checked twenty remarks Trump gave during his speech, finding fault with every single one.

Mix and Mingle

A Twitter user, posted a video of Trump attempting to mingle with some ‘younger ladies’ at Mar-a-Lago, as he’s always in campaign mode, even on vacation. As you can imagine, the comments were all over the place. One comment read: “Someone, please apologize to the surviving members of the excellent band, The Outfield.”

E. Jean Carroll

Unsurprisingly, Trump was found guilty in the SA and defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll against the former President. His reaction shouldn’t be much of a surprise, either. After Carroll filed the lawsuit against Trump, this is what the politician had to say about the situation. “This is a fraudulent and false story – Witch Hunt!” After the verdict, Trump was ordered to pay $5 million in damages to Carroll. He is, of course, appealing the decision. This case will be a point of contention during his campaign. For President, especially if his appeal doesn’t go as he hopes. Democrats will undoubtedly hammer Trump over this case if the verdict is upheld.

Presidential Plans

Steaming ahead at full speed, Donald Trump has laid out some plans he hopes to accomplish once the election is over in 2024. He’s hoping to win re-election and step back into the most notable office in the U.S. government. And for Trump, that requires some up-front plans to progress. Outside of the severe punishment for anyone pushing drugs inside the United States, there’s more to this part of the story. Trump also has plans for the Mexican-American border, China tariffs, and a severe “crackdown on misinformation and censorship.”

For Better or For Worse

Whether or not Trump can pull out a win in 2024 remains to be seen. As we all know, he’ll keep his face in the spotlight until that light stops shining on him.
